HOW IT WORKS

Earn up to CHF 1'000 for every successful referral!

We reward our consultants when they refer a consultant who joins Helvetic Payroll.

Do you know a qualified consultant? Refer them! If they start working with us, you receive a bonus up to CHF 1,000:

  • CHF 500 paid after 3 months of billed activity from your referral, following the start of their assignment

  • an additional CHF 500 after 6 months of billed activity

The minimum amount billed per month by your referral must be a minimum of CHF 6,000 (excl. VAT) per month. For more information, see the full terms and conditions.

Step 1: IDENTIFY A CONSULTANT TO REFER

Do you know a skilled and available consultant who could join Helvetic Payroll? Share their details with us using the form above.

Step 2: CONTACT AND ONBOARDING

Our team will reach out to your referral to better understand their profile and expectations, and guide them through the onboarding process. If they join Helvetic Payroll, their collaboration begins as soon as they land a mission with us.

Step 3: REFERRAL BONUS PAYMENT

Once your referral is on assignment, you will receive CHF 500 credited to your Swibeco account after 3 months of billed activity, then an additional CHF 500 on Swibeco after 6 months. You will be automatically notified at each stage. Thank you for your trust and commitment!

FAQ

Once I've informed my sponsoree, what should I do?

Nothing at all! Your Helvetic Payroll advisor will contact your referral directly to help him/her with his/her payrolling project.

Can I sponsor more than one person?

Yes, you can sponsor as many referred consultants as you like.

When will I receive my award?

As soon as your referred consultant has signed his or her Helvetic Payroll assignment contract, you'll receive an e-mail to let you know. Your first bonus will be paid to you after 3 billed months of active mission of the referred consultant then, 3 billed months later you will receive the second bonus.

Are there any exceptions?

Depending on your consultant profile and your payrolling model, this sponsorship offer may not be right for you. In this case, your Helvetic Payroll contact will suggest a suitable model that's just as interesting.

Can I be a sponsor without having a contract with you?

Of course, you'll be rewarded too! If that's the case, don't hesitate to contact us at communication@helvetic-payroll.ch and we'll let you know what's on offer for you as a business contributor.
