Do my employees have access to their payslips?
Yes. Each employee has secure personal access to their portal. They can view their payslips, salary certificates, employment attestations, and HR documents at any time, from any device. Your HR team has administrative access with a consolidated view of all employees.
Is there a minimum contractual commitment?
No. We do not require any minimum contractual commitment.
You remain free to terminate the collaboration at any time, subject to a 3-month notice period.

How is my employees’ data secured?
Our infrastructure is hosted in Switzerland and complies with the requirements of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (nLPD). Your employees’ data is used exclusively for payroll processing and reporting to the relevant authorities (social security institutions, withholding tax, cantonal authorities). We do not use or sell this data to third parties.
