Article 1 – Purpose of the Offer
This referral program allows any consultant currently employed under a fixed-term or permanent payrolling contract with Helvetic Payroll (hereinafter referred to as "the referrer") to recommend a contact (hereinafter referred to as "the referee") and, under certain conditions, receive a referral bonus.
Article 2 – Referrer Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the referral program, the referrer must:
-
Be actively employed by Helvetic Payroll at the time the referral is submitted,
-
Still be under contract with Helvetic Payroll at the time each bonus payment is due (after 3 and 6 months of the referee’s assignment),
-
Not be serving a notice period for contract termination (unless a renewal or confirmed assignment is in place).
If the referrer’s contract ends before a bonus payment is due, the bonus will be forfeited. However, the referrer may contact us at communication@helvetic-payroll.ch to explore an alternative collaboration as a business introducer.
Article 3 – Eligibility Criteria
For the referral to be valid, the referee must meet all the following conditions:
-
Must not be or have ever been a client or employee of Helvetic Payroll,
-
Must not have already been referred by another consultant,
-
Must give explicit consent to be contacted and for their personal data (name, email, phone number) to be shared with Helvetic Payroll.
-
Referrer and referee cannot refer each other mutually.
Article 3 bis – Billing requirements
To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred consultant must be employed by Helvetic Payroll and generate a minimum net monthly turnover of CHF 6,000 (excluding VAT) with the client from the start of their assignment.
If this threshold is not met, Helvetic Payroll reserves the right not to issue the referral bonus. However, our goal remains to reward contributions, and the sponsor is encouraged to contact our team at communication@helvetic-payroll.ch so that the situation can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. An alternative compensation as a business introducer may be considered.
Article 4 – Referral Declaration and Validation
-
The referral must be declared before the referee starts their assignment, via form, email, or the designated platform.
-
The referee must sign an employment contract with Helvetic Payroll under the payrolling model.
-
Late or incomplete referrals will not be considered.
-
A referral is considered validated once the referrer receives a confirmation email from Helvetic Payroll.
Article 5 – Referral Bonus Details
5.1 Bonus Amounts and Timeline
If all conditions are met, the referrer will receive:
-
CHF 500 within the referee 3 months of continuous assignment (with actual client billing),
-
An additional CHF 500 after 6 months of continuous assignment.
5.2 Additional provisions
-
Bonuses are paid via the referrer’s payslip or via bank transfer (subject to agreement),
-
If the referee's assignment is terminated before reaching the 3- or 6-month milestone, no bonus will be paid,
-
There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can submit.
Article 6 – Consent and Data Protection
The referrer must obtain the referee’s prior consent before submitting any personal information. This data will be used exclusively as part of the referral program, in compliance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Any fraudulent submission, identity theft, or inaccurate information will result in the immediate cancellation of the referral.
Article 7 – Duration and Changes to the Program
Helvetic Payroll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with notice sent via email to eligible consultants.
All validated referrals submitted before the end of the program will be honored according to the terms in effect at the time of submission.
