SPONSORSHIP CONDITIONS

Article 1: The operation

The natural person wishing to benefit from the sponsorship offer is hereinafter referred to as "the sponsor".

 

Article 2: Conditions for taking part in the sponsorship offer

The sponsor must be an employee (with a permanent or fixed-term payrolling contract with Helvetic Payroll):

  • at the time of the sponsorship request
  • and of the month in which the reward is applied

If the Helvetic Payroll employment contract is terminated, the sponsor will not be entitled to the reward defined in article 5.1. However, he/she may benefit from a specific offer as a business contributor. In this context, the sponsor may contact our services at the following e-mail address communication@helvetic-payroll.ch.

 

Article 3: Conditions for validating a sponsorship request

  • The sponsoree must not have been contacted by our sales department or come from the freelance.com group contact database
  • The person referred must not be or have been a Helvetic Payroll customer
  • The person referred must not already have been referred by a Helvetic Payroll consultant
  • The sponsor and the sponsored person cannot sponsor each other

In certain situations, we cannot offer this sponsorship model. In this case, we offer a second model that is just as interesting, which our sales representatives will propose to you directly.

 

Article 4: Conditions for validating the sponsorship offer reward

Helvetic Payroll has set up a sponsorship offer whereby the sponsor can benefit from a reward defined in article 5.1 if he/she sponsors a friend or family member (hereinafter referred to as "the sponsored friend") under the following conditions:

  • The sponsorship request must comply with the validation conditions stipulated in article 3
  • The sponsorship request must have been made before the start of the sponsored person's mission
  • The sponsorship reward is validated as soon as the sponsored person is under a Helvetic Payroll employment contract.

Article 5: Terms and conditions of the sponsorship offer

Article 5.1: Subject to compliance with the conditions for validating the referral reward as set out in article 4, the referrer will be notified by email so that he/she can benefit from the reduction in management fees.

Article 5.2 :

  • The sponsor may make an unlimited number of sponsorship requests
  • The reward applies if the sponsor is still under a Helvetic Payroll employment contract

Article 6: How sponsorship works  

The sponsor wishing to carry out a sponsorship must obtain the prior agreement of his/her potential sponsored friend to the distribution of his/her personal information (surname, first name, email address, telephone number) enabling Helvetic Payroll to contact the sponsored friend as part of the sponsorship offer.

 

Article 7: Duration of the sponsorship offer

Article 7.1: Helvetic Payroll reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the sponsorship offer at any time by sending information by e-mail to consultants who are in the course of a contract of employment and who may benefit from this offer.

 

Article 8: Processing of personal data

Any erroneous or incomplete information, usurping the identity of a third party or fictitious information transmitted by the sponsor or the sponsored candidate will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for the sponsorship offer. The fact of transmitting a sponsoree's details does not automatically imply acceptance of the sponsorship offer by Helvetic Payroll.

The sponsorship offer is subject to compliance by the sponsor with the conditions described in the aforementioned conditions. Failing this, the sponsorship will not be taken into account.
